She has been an instructor for Star Power Systems,

since 1999. Mary and her team have averaged
over 130 home sales annually and are consistently
ranked among the top Realtors in the
nation. Mary likes to travel and read. 

Joe Charters
Director Of Operations
Joe is a licensed realtor and has
lived in Montgomery County since 1970.
He is the team’s Marketing Guru and
has designed the databases we use to
track our business.
Before joining Mary in her business he
worked in the computer industry for Xerox,
NCR, Epson America and Harris Corporation.
Joe likes to travel and enjoys watching movies.
 

Kristi Moore
Jr. Sales Associate
Kristi got her start managing
and maintaing the
team’s website and has since
fallen in love with sales. The
fact that Mary’s team has a
proven system in place has enabled her to
add serving both buyers and sellers to her
activities. Kristi teaches World Champion
Baton Twirlers in her spare time.
 

Shelley Green
Transaction Manager
Shelley has been a licensed
Realtor since 2000.
She helps Mary with listings,
manages the closing process and
stands in for Mary when she is
unavailable. Shelley has worked in
and is familiar with all aspects of the
real estate business. While not at work,
she enjoys sport fishing and scuba diving.
She currently is a certified Dive Master.
 

Charlotte Glaser
Sales Associate
Charlotte works primarily
with buyers but can also list
properties for the team. In
either capacity she enjoys the
leverage that a highly capable
support staff provides. That
means YOU get the personal

Shari Gordon

Shari works primarily with

buyers. Shari focuses on the
